This year was different. She was meticulous with the Easter eggs. Patient. Gentle. She didn't break one. Her mother? Her uncle? They broke one. Egg dying isn't my thing. I prefer to watch. Eggs, after all, aren't my medium. But I loved sitting there and taking pictures:
Here's what the Easter Bunny left for her. We don't go overboard. (Depending on your definition of "overboard.")
Then came the egg hunt. The Easter Bunny found the chest with all of Peanut's outdoor toys, scattered them around the yard, and hid the eggs in them. (This is more my medium.)
Of course, Giada kept Peanut company on the egg hunt. And had the best seat in the house:

Looks like she had a blast. We hide ours indoors because it is still a little too cold here. My MIL arrives in 30 minutes and will be staying for a week.
